3. Installing the Cable KVM Switch

3.1 System Requirements

A PC with USB port and 1 VGA port.

Windows 98 or later, Mac OS 8/9/OS X, Solaris 8 (SUN BLADE 100), Linux Kernel 2.3 or later.

USB Keyboard and mouse.

3.2 Hardware Installation

Plug the USB keyboard, USB mouse, and monitor into the corresponding connectors of your

2-port USB Cable KVM Switch.

Plug the speakers into the corresponding jacks of your 2-port USB Cable KVM Switch.

Connect the KVM cables into the corresponding ports on the computers.
